Have at least 2 years of office-based administrative experience and advanced Excel skills? This Contract Administrator opportunity offers the chance to put your expertise to work with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Kent.

This is a 3–6 month temporary contract with a company that engineers and manufactures critical components used in commercial and military aircraft worldwide. You’ll work in a quality-driven, team-oriented environment that values precision, innovation, and collaboration. In this role, you’ll help manage customer contracts, track order commitments, and support key business operations- playing an important part in keeping production and customer programs on track.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a well-known aerospace company, build your data and contract management skills, and earn competitive pay while working a consistent schedule.

Contract Administrator Duties:
o Track and update manufacturing commitments, including past due and future orders, in ERP systems and customer portals
o Manage customer communications, including contractual and technical correspondence, quotes, and delivery updates
o Monitor and report on customer performance metrics and program activity
o Review, acknowledge, and negotiate purchase orders and contract changes while identifying risks
o Support contract lifecycle activities, including proposals, long-term negotiations, and accounts receivable resolution

Schedule:
o Day Shift
o Monday to Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Pay: $24 - $36 per hour

Contract Administrator Requirements:
o US Citizen
o High School Diploma or GED
o At least 2 years of experience in high-level administrative roles
o Advanced Excel skills
