We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Lead Cook to join our catering kitchen team. This is a fast-paced production environment where consistency, efficiency, and strong culinary fundamentals matter. The right candidate brings deep food knowledge, excellent technique, and the ability to work quickly while maintaining high standards.
This role is ideal for a cook who enjoys early mornings, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can lead by example in a busy kitchen.
What You'll Do

  • Execute high-volume production while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Lead daily prep and production for catered events and delivery menus
  • Apply a wide range of cooking techniques including roasting, braising, sautéing, grilling, baking, and sauce work
  • Maintain organized prep lists and ensure production stays on schedule
  • Uphold food safety, sanitation, and kitchen standards
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth event execution
