As a Professional Carpenter / Skilled Tradesman, youll play a key role in delivering highquality repairs, carpentry, remodeling, and home improvement services. Youll represent our brand in the field, communicate clearly with customers, and uphold our standards for exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities

  • Complete small to mediumsized repairs, carpentry projects, remodeling tasks, and home improvement work
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding project scope, timelines, and cost estimates
  • Ensure efficient use of materials and maintain proper stock of tools and supplies
  • Collect customer payments or payment information for completed work
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean, safe, and reliable condition
  • Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports accurately and on time
  • Perform additional duties as needed, including crosstraining in related trades
Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in carpentry, home repair, remodeling, or skilled trades
  • Strong carpentry background with the ability to handle a wide range of residential tasks
  • Must have your own tools appropriate for various job types
  • Ability to navigate tabletbased technology for scheduling, invoicing, and documentation
  • Selfmotivated, organized, and able to work independently while maintaining team communication
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must live on Cape Cod
