Construction Professional - Carpentry Focus

Archadeck Outdoor Living, North America's premier designer and builder of custom outdoor living spaces, including decks, porches, sunrooms, hardscape patios, and shade structures, seeks experienced and dedicated Construction Professionals with a strong foundation in carpentry.

This pivotal role is responsible for the successful execution of residential building and remodeling projects, ensuring the final product adheres meticulously to contract specifications, exceeds client expectations, complies with all relevant building codes, and aligns with Archadeck's quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable carpentry expertise in residential construction, exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, a robust work ethic, and a commitment to following established operational processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must have a comprehensive understanding and precise execution of construction drawings and specified details.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of construction drawings against sales design documents to verify accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Verify the accuracy of material deliveries against project take-offs and promptly communicate any discrepancies to the franchisee to facilitate timely resolution and maintain uninterrupted workflow.
  • Collaborate with the franchisee to establish and adhere to project schedules.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring daily site clean-up and strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients.
  • Escalate all project-related issues and concerns to the franchisee for effective resolution.
  • Proactively communicate with the franchisee as necessary to address immediate concerns and ensure project continuity.
  • Adhere strictly to the terms and conditions outlined in the Subcontractor Agreement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
