Labor/Carpentry Associate (Bilingual):
Location: Denver, CO 80216
Pay: $20/hr.
Shift Schedule: M-F, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire (Fast-Track to Permanent)
Experience: 6 months Production/Carpentry Experience
 

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Labor/Carpentry Associate to join our millwork shop. This is an entry-level position designed for someone who wants to build a career in professional woodworking and manufacturing.

You will start with the fundamentals—keeping the shop moving and organized—and as you master those skills, we will train you to operate professional machinery and craft high-end millwork products.

Labor/Carpentry Associate Responsibilities:

  • Phase 1 (Start):
    • Material handling
    • Loading/unloading lumber
    • Organizing the shop
    • Assisting senior carpenters
    • Maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Phase 2 (Growth):
    • Learning to read cut lists and blueprints.
  • Phase 3 (Advancement):
    • Hands-on training to operate shop equipment (table saws, sanders, planers, and CNC machinery) to produce finished goods.

Labor/Carpentry Associate Requirements:

  • Language: Must be Spanish-speaking or Spanish-English bilingual. (Required for communication with the production team).
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
  • Mindset: Punctual, eager to learn, and highly attentive to safety.
  • Experience: No professional carpentry experience required, but comfort using basic hand tools is a plus.
