Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, construct, and install:

    • Stairs, framing, doors, and windows

    • Trim work, cabinetry, millwork, hardware, and finish accessories

  • Interpret and work from plans, prints, and specifications

  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials and components

  • Install cabinets, millwork, and finish carpentry details

  • Inspect, maintain, and safely operate tools and equipment

  • Problem-solve independently in the absence of a lead carpenter

  • Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed


Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role

  • Proficiency across a broad range of carpentry tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

  • Ability to lead or support a team effectively

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and punctual


Schedule
  • Full-time

  • Day shift

  • 8 or 10-hour shifts
