Job Summary:
The Production Technician is directly responsible for producing materials and products under the direction of the Production Supervisor and other leaders. They are responsible for keeping the production area clean, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working the production line as instructed, and strictly following health, safety, and production guidelines. The Production Technician will work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy and can maintain production standards while working towards improving productivity without compromising quality. This individual participates fully in a culture of trust, accountability, recognition, and teamwork. The Production Technician is dedicated to achieving operational excellence with a genuine interest in helping the company succeed through implementation of continuous improvement strategies, professional communication and close attention to company goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required .
  • Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.
  • Experience operating manufacturing machinery is a plus.
  • Able to work as part of a team .
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic math skills .
  • Available for shift work .
