These professionals monitor applications for issues, respond to incidents or outages, and work to resolve technical problems quickly to minimize downtime. They often collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable system performance, and may also be involved in deploying updates or patches. Their main goal is to keep business-critical systems running efficiently and to address user concerns in a timely manner.

What are common challenges in production support, and how can they be managed?

Production Support professionals often encounter challenges such as resolving urgent system outages, managing high-pressure incidents, and troubleshooting complex technical issues under tight deadlines.
