Our new Production Supervisor will be responsible for the execution of production goals and objectives during his/her shift. The Supervisor will create a safe environment aligned with Ready Foods safety values. In addition, they must create a team culture that is in alignment with Ready Foods' mission, vision and strategic plans. The position is a full-time salaried position reporting directly to the Production Superintendent or Manager.
Responsibilities Include:
  1. Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable -Lead, manage and develop Production team members. Follow Lean Ensure successful teamwork. Demonstrate and require dedication and discipline as a servant leader. Instill a culture of meeting commitments.
  2. Meet Production Schedules - Collaborate with other departments. Ensure successful teamwork.
  3. Create team environment aligned with company mission and vision- Improve production capabilities. Learn about and implement Lean practices. Maintain company culture with reliability, honor and trust.
  4. Operational Excellence - Role model a culture of Safe work practices. Ensure Food Safety and Quality requirements are met to eliminate food safety risks.

Job Requirements include
  • Minimum 2 years experience in food production and Bachelors degree in related field
  • Supervisory experience/skills are essential
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures in an industrial environment including HACCP, GMP and SSOP
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
  • Solid Computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Compensation / Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $75,637 - $124,802 USD. Offers are typically made within the midpoint of the range, generally between $85,000 and $90,000, based on skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In rare cases, highly qualified candidates may receive an offer above this range; however, offers near the higher rage is not customary.
The salary range posted represents the low and high end of Ready Foods' salary range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, education, skills, experience, and performance.
Base salary is one component of Ready Foods' total rewards package. Additional components may include annual incentive opportunities, comprehensive paid time off, a 401(k) with company match, and a full suite of benefits for employees and their families.
