Our client offers a competitive total compensation package, including base salary plus commissions, regular sales contests, manufacturer spiffs, and an annual president's club. Additional benefits include paid holidays, 401(k), medical and dental coverage, and car allowance. They are currently seeking a Production Print Specialist.
The Production Print Specialist (PPS) is a key role focused on growing market share by winning new business within designated target accounts. This position involves both direct selling and supporting general line sales as an overlay specialist.
The PPS is also expected to expand existing accounts, driving revenue, gross profit, and the adoption of solutions. They will serve as a subject matter expert in Production Print solutions, including hardware, software, integrated finishing, and wide, grand, and commercial in-plant formats. The successful candidate is expected to secure new accounts, build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Production Print Specialist Job Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas by selling hardware, software solutions, finishing equipment, and consulting services in production printing.
  • Recommend solution configurations for Production Print opportunities.
  • Develop key relationships with decision makers within assigned accounts.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of current product lines, business processes, and industry trends.
  • Develop new revenue from existing clients by consistently selling custom solutions.
  • Manage accounts through Quarterly Account Reviews and timely follow-through with customers.
  • Participate in training sessions, meetings, skill building, and professional development classes.
  • Contribute to a positive corporate culture and promote successful interactions with colleagues.

Qualifications
  • Preferred industry experience.
  • High energy, activity-driven sales professional.
  • Experience interacting with C-level executives and business owners.
  • Strong presentation skills and high-level positive interpersonal communication.
  • 5+ years of successful outside (B2B) sales experience, 3+ years of Production Print sales experience required.
  • Working knowledge of digital publishing solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and drive within Western Washington and Oregon territory.
