Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assistant to support daily production operations. This position will operate production equipment, assist with preparing materials, perform quality checks, package finished products, and help maintain a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment. The position involves operating printers, laminators, and cutters.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment, including printers, laminators, and cutters.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and equipment instructions.
  • Assist with equipment setup, calibration, material loading, and production runs.
  • Monitor production processes and address issues as they arise.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Make adjustments or corrections as needed.
  • Prepare finished products for packaging and shipping, including labeling, boxing, and organizing.
  • Assist with inventory control and report low inventory levels or equipment issues.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work with the production team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
  • Assist and support other team members as needed.
