Job description


We are currently hiring a Part Time Cellar Person in Cincinnati, OH.
You'll support brewery production operations by helping with cellar, filtration, packaging, and quality-related activities in a fast-paced brewery environment. In this role, you'll help ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to established quality and sanitation standards. You'll work closely with the brewery team to support daily operations, maintain accurate records, and assist with special projects and brewery events as needed.
What You'll Brew:
  • Assist with daily brewery production operations across cellar, filtration, and packaging activities.
  • Clean and sanitize tanks, equipment, and brewery work areas to maintain safe and sanitary conditions.
  • Collect, maintain, and enter production, filtration, inventory, and equipment service records.
  • Filter beer according to established brewery procedures and quality standards.
  • Package beer into kegs and support canning operations.
  • Assist with grain milling and raw material preparation for brewing operations.
  • Transport clean kegs between brewery locations using a company vehicle.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety requirements, and brewery sanitation procedures.
  • Support brewery events, special projects, and other operational needs as assigned.
  • Work in a wet and noisy production environment with a flexible and changing schedule.

What Ingredients You'll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work a flexible and changing schedule.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds, including repeated lifting.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete, metal, and grated surfaces.
  • Ability to climb stairs and work at heights or on elevated platforms when required.
  • Ability to step over, crouch, or crawl under equipment and materials as needed.
  • Manual dexterity to handle materials, operate equipment, and use computer systems accurately.

Level: 9IC
In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $15.87-$29.81 per hour. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location.
