Job description

This is a permanent, full time position with great benefits and salary offer as well as career growth opportunities. We are a large commercial and military construction sub-contractor that completes many medium and large construction projects in VA and MD. Responsibilities: Hiring and training new crew leaders to be successful in the field.

Managing and overseeing crews, equipment maintenance, and policies to ensure project on time. Build and maintain a strong relationship with current and potential clients to ensure services/administration support are being met and exceeding their expectations. Ability to solve any problems to ensure projects and all crew consistent progress.

Requirements: Local Stable work history 7+ years of experience of overseeing production
