Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Contract Supervisor oversees the operations on iScan contract(s). This role manages all employees working on the contract(s) and regularly communicates with the Director of Operations. The Contract Supervisor acts as liaison to customer, iScan upper management and Human Resources. This role participates in budget planning, oversight, and implementation. The Contract Supervisor provides exceptional customer service and implements departmental and agency policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 5 years prior experience in contracts.
  • Superior Customer Service Skills.
  • 3 years prior supervising experience.
  • Budgeting/ financial experience a plus.
  • Experience in a production environment required.
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites required.
