Russell Landscape is seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Maintenance Production Manager to oversee our maintenance operations. In this key role, you’ll lead crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure every property we maintain meets our high standards of quality and client satisfaction.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support landscape maintenance crews and crew leaders across multiple job sites.
  • Develop, manage, and adjust maintenance schedules for tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Communicate with clients and promptly resolve landscape concerns or service issues.
  • Monitor crew productivity and provide coaching to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee tools, materials, and equipment logistics to maintain smooth operations.
  • Track labor, material, and equipment costs, and manage project budgets.
  • Ensure proper equipment maintenance and train crews on correct usage.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities for enhancement services.
  • Maintain accurate records, including time sheets, service logs, and client notes.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of hands-on landscape maintenance experience, including supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Strong horticultural knowledge, including plant health care, turf care, and seasonal maintenance practices.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and team motivation skills.
