Job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Manager to oversee and support electrolyte manufacturing operations. This role involves developing production plans, managing personnel and equipment, and ensuring smooth production processes. Ideal candidates will have a background in industrial engineering, chemistry, or materials science, with a strong focus on

safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily treasury operations, cash disbursements, and banking transactions

- Analyze business, process, and management so that the entire production process is running efficiently, and goals are being met.

- Perform other tasks related to production management, and make continuous improvements as needed.

- Review and analyze production-related data to improve current processes and provide accurate information to help high management make sound decisions. - Support other departments by collecting, analyzing, and presenting data necessary for decision-making.

- Set goals and manage/track with Key Performance Indicators.

- Structure management in the Production Department to ensure proper operation.

- Improve close cooperation by enhancing communication between the US subsidiary and HQ (Korea).

- Prepare for audits and make sure paperwork/files are clean and organized.  - Provide crews with needed equipment and training resources; provide guidance to foster individual growth. Organization and management of team members.

- Audit crews to ensure they are working safely, following safety requirements, and can identify potential hazards.

- Confront and correct safety hazards and unsafe acts in an appropriate way. 

- Responsible for working with the Engineering and Quality departments to ensure compliance with the change management process.

Qualifications:

- 4-year college degree required.

- A minimum of five years’ experience in the manufacturing process is required.

- A minimum of three years’ supervisory experience is required.

- Korean language skills required
