Looking for a stable and consistent Monday through Friday position on our Production team?

Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking Production Line Operators to join our team.

Position Overview:

Days: M-F - 9AM-5:30PM

Nights: M-F - 5:30PM-2AM

As a Production Line Operator, you will be an essential part of our production process, ensuring machinery runs smoothly, quality standards are met, and the work environment remains clean and safe. We are looking for individuals with strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with material handling, including loading/unloading supplies.
  • Conduct quality inspections and promptly report any deviations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing/production is preferred.
