You'll help define and amplify his voice across internal and external audiences-translating complex product and AI narratives into clear, compelling stories that resonate.

You'll build an integrated communications platform that spans thought leadership, keynote content, internal messaging, and digital presence-and help prepare him for the moments that matter most, from product keynotes and company meetings to customer engagements, analyst briefings, and industry forums.

This role reports to Workday's Senior Director of Executive Communications and partners very closely with the internal communication lead for Product & Technology, as well as the executive communications leads for Workday's President of Product & Technology, CTO, and CIO. There will also be essential collaboration with many other parts of the marketing organization including PR, AR, IR, thought leadership, social media, event marketing, and customer advocacy teams.

If you're genuinely excited about agentic AI, energized by technically complex ideas, want to be a prominent leader in building Workday's innovation story, and desire working with a leader who is at the forefront of Workday's impact on the future of work, this role was built for you.

This is a senior individual contributor role that requires someone who leads through influence and craft-comfortable operating without a team beneath them, and skilled at driving outcomes through relationships, expertise, and exceptional execution.

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
