Production Engineer – Cleveland, OH


Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 + Bonus + Benefits


We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing client in the Cleveland area who is seeking a Production Engineer to support and improve day-to-day manufacturing operations at a key production facility.


This is a highly hands-on engineering role focused on process optimisation, problem-solving on the shop floor, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting daily production operations with engineering expertise
  • Troubleshooting process and equipment issues on the shop floor
  • Driving continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
  • Analysing production data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
  • Supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Assisting with equipment optimisation and process capability improvements
  • Working closely with maintenance, quality, and production teams

  • Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement tools preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) preferred
  • Strong communication skills and hands-on approach
