About the Role:

We are hiring a Product Director to lead the searcher side of the LoopNet experience - everything a tenant, buyer, or investor touches from the moment they land on LoopNet to the moment they find the right space. This role owns product strategy and execution across the Homepage & User Accounts, Search Results Page, and Listing Details Page teams, managing two Product Managers and partnering closely with design and engineering leadership. You will work alongside our Senior Product Director, Lister Experience, who owns the broker/owner side of the marketplace, to ensure a coherent experience end to end.

This position is located in Arlington, VA and is in office Monday through Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for the end-to-end searcher experience: homepage, search results, and listing details.

  • Lead and manage two Product Managers, setting priorities and sequencing work across the Homepage & User Accounts, Search Results Page, and Listing Details Page teams.

  • Partner with the Senior Product Director, Lister Experience, to ensure a consistent, coherent experience for both sides of the marketplace.

  • Define and drive the vision for bringing AI into the search and discovery experience, including conversational search and personalization.

  • Set and track product KPIs for search relevance, engagement, and conversion across the searcher journey.

  • Partner with design and engineering leadership to resolve cross-team tradeoffs and ensure a consistent experience across surfaces.

  • Represent the searcher experience in cross-functional planning with marketing, sales, and analytics.

  • Coach and develop the Product Managers on your team, building their product judgment and execution rigor.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in person, university or college.

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing other Product Managers.

  • Experience owning a multi-team product area end to end, ideally spanning search/discovery and detail-page experiences.

  • Experience with consumer-facing, high-traffic search or marketplace products.

  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable setting and tracking KPIs and using experimentation to validate decisions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience building or shipping products with conversational AI, generative AI, or personalization/ranking systems.

  • Experience in commercial or residential real estate, or other two-sided marketplaces.

  • Experience partnering with a peer product leader who owns an adjacent, complementary customer segment (e.g., supply vs. demand sides of a marketplace).

The final salary or hourly rate offered for this role will fall within the range set forth below based on avariety of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.


Base Compensation: $214,000 - $290,000 Annually
