Join us and challenge your IT expertise and analytical skills to help create vehicles that are as smart as you are.

In this position...

As a Director, Product Management, you will play a critical role in the delivery of high-impact transformation initiatives across Global Product Creation, driving roadmap development, prioritization, dependency management, and execution discipline. Furthermore, you will maintain operational excellence by establishing KPIs, monitoring system and product health, driving operational improvements, leading incident response, managing budgets and resource allocation, mitigating digital and enterprise risks, and integrating emerging technologies like AI to drive efficiency and modern capabilities.

Based in Dearborn, MI, this is a hybrid position with a required four-day onsite presence each week. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.ย

You'll have...

  • Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

  • 5+ years of experience leading Agile teams, fostering a "fail-fast, learn-fast" culture, and guiding successful digital change management initiatives.

  • 5+ years of Senior Product Management experience with skills that include the following:
    • Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with experience designing talent pipelines and succession plans for critical roles.
    • Decisive, articulate, and comfortable commanding a room; experienced in guiding executive discussions, building consensus, and distilling complex technical topics into actionable business decisions.

    • Strong financial management skills, including business case development, budget oversight, and value-driven portfolio prioritization.
    • Solid grasp of Human-Centered Design (HCD), user-experience metrics (e.g., SUS), and building systemic feedback loops to anticipate customer needs.
    • Proactive self-starter who defines agendas, anticipates problems 1-2 quarters out, makes sound decisions under high ambiguity, and course-corrects rapidly.
    • Strong results orientation, driving structured accountability and performance metrics across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Even better, you may have...

  • MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
  • Dassault 3DX Expertiseย - Understanding of Dassault 3DX capabilities and ecosystem

As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home? Will your career be a deep dive into what you love, or a series of new teams and new skills? Will you be a leader, a changemaker, a technical expert, a culture builder...or all of the above? No matter what you choose, we offer a work life that works for you, including:
