A reputable company is hiring Production Associates to support the packaging and production of hay-based products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will help ensure products meet quality standards while operating equipment, supporting production goals, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Package hay-based products according to established quality and weight specifications.

• Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.

• Follow all safety and food safety procedures at all times.

• Maintain production rates and support daily output goals.

• Assist with machine setups, line changes, and production adjustments.

• Monitor equipment performance and report issues to supervisors promptly.

Essential Skills:

• 3+ years of production or general manufacturing experience.

• 2+ years of machine operating experience.

• Experience in packaging, packing, assembly line work, or general labor.

• Ability to operate or learn production and packaging machinery.

• Mechanical aptitude for machine setup and basic troubleshooting.

• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs for bulk products.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred.

• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
