MADISON HAM PLANT GENERAL PRODUCTION
These positions involve low to intermediate skill labor, such as placing hams on machinery to be sliced, operating bandsaws, bagging hams, etc.
This position could work in any department of this pork processing facility.
Physical Requirements:
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Must be willing and able to Stand, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching are involved in all areas continuously. May involve climbing stairs/ladders.
Must be willing and able to work in the following environment:
Environment is cold and damp. Temperature ranges from 35 to 45 degrees. Lifting requirement varies from 0-65 lbs.
Must be able and willing to work 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday. With occasional Sundays possible during the busy season.
