We are seeking an on-site, motivated Production Associate for our Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, location. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and grow, be dependable, and come in each day with a positive attitude and desire to get things done!
Responsibilities: 
  • Assist with the manufacturing process in areas as needed 
  • Operate machines, tools, and equipment as needed in the production process 
  • Assemble products according to specifications that meet company standards with guidance and direction from a Production Associate 2 or 3, Production Lead, or Supervisor 
  • Perform quality checks on the completed output 
  • Package finished goods for shipping 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area 
  • Ability to work in a variety of roles, both independently and as part of a team 
  • Adhere to safety guidelines 
  • Work efficiently 
  • Meet company production standards with limited supervision 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions 
  • Previous production experience preferred 
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds 
  • Good hand/eye dexterity
