Join our team as a 1st Shift Production Associate at Vector Windows!
Hours:
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 am - 4 pm, frequent OT on Fridays
Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves working with machinery? At Vector, we're all about precision, efficiency, and quality and we will train you as a Production Associate! If you're ready to take on a fast-paced role, we want you on our team!
What You'll Do:
  • Operate and troubleshoot production line machinery (grinders, staple guns, drills, and more!)
  • Perform production equipment changeovers and minor repairs
  • Ensure top-notch quality control-adjust and reject products as needed
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Adapt to challenges and take on additional tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:
  • A detail-oriented problem solver with a strong work ethic
  • Experience with production machinery (or a willingness to learn)
  • A commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork

Physical Requirements:
This role is physically demanding and requires frequent standing, walking, repetitive movement, and heavy lifting throughout the shift. Candidates must be comfortable performing manual labor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
