Express Employment Professionals -Woodbury, MN is now hiring a Light Equipment Operator for a well established printing company in the East Metro!
Schedule & Pay:
  • Start on a steady 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | Monday - Friday
  • Transition to a rotating 3x12 schedule: Be open to working 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, just 3 days a week - 4 days off!
  • Some weekend flexibility is required
  • Starting Pay: $17.50/hr.
    Pay increase upon hire - show your skills and get rewarded! Substantial increase upon hire!
    Full-time, long-term opportunity with room to grow!
  • Tentative start date: April 2026

What You'll Do:
Join a supportive team environment where you'll operate and maintain light production machinery to ensure high-quality printing and packaging products. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Setting up and operating finishing/binding/packaging equipment
  • Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Assisting in training new teammates and coordinating workflows
  • Learning new areas and cross-training to build your skillset
