Job description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a  Production Operator to join their team. As a Shift Production Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting various operational processes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator 

Location: Cannon Falls, MN
Shift: 2nd & 3rd shift 

Pay Range: $20.75-$21.50/hour

What's the Job?

  • Run one or more operational pieces of equipment in the Gap Pad Cellular processing area.
  • Ensure all processes are followed according to job routers, specifications, and standard work procedures.
  • Complete required quality testing and document results accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to 5S standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment and support process improvements.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Mechanical aptitude to support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
  • Strong communication skills to build teamwork across shifts.
  • Experience using specialized tools (Mic’s, Tape Measures, etc.) is a plus.
