Production Associate Jobs in Mankato, MN (NOW HIRING)

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for folding, counting, and packaging finished products in the fabric department. Based on work orders, you will determine the number of table overs, color, and specific packaging instructions, such as how products are stacked in boxes. You will also conduct visual inspections of all products to ensure consistency and quality. This position requires packaging and lifting up to 30 lbs, and you will be standing for a significant portion of the job.

You will work in a production environment with a fast-paced atmosphere. The smell of ink is present in the air, and some areas may be louder due to machines running.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NEW ULM, MN.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
