Production Associate | $18/hr | Temp-to-Hire
Do you have previous warehouse or production experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? This Production Associate opportunity could be a great fit for you!
A leading paper production company is looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to join their team. This company offers steady hours, a team-oriented environment, and opportunities to learn new skills and grow.
As a Production Associate, you’ll support daily production by inspecting finished products, packing paper rolls, palletizing materials, and assisting machine operators. This is a physical role that will keep you active throughout your shift.
Production Associate Job Duties:
  • Inspect paper rolls for rips, tears, and other quality issues
  • Pack finished paper rolls into boxes
  • Stack and organize finished products onto pallets
  • Lift and move materials weighing between 10–50 lbs.
  • Assist machine operators with production as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures
Schedule:
  • Monday: 5:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Tuesday–Thursday: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Production Associate Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and stay active throughout a 10-hour shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Reliable transportation to accommodate the 5:00 AM start time
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
