Your Typical Shift
You’ll start early and check in with your lead on the day’s production targets. Most of the morning is spent under the canopy, keeping your pace steady while watching for mix consistency, bag weight, and clean presentation. As orders change, you may rotate outside to help with block production, then return to staging—building neat, count-accurate pallets and keeping walk paths clear. Throughout the shift, you’ll stay alert around moving equipment, communicate when something looks off, and finish by leaving your area organized for the next day.
