You will oversee daily manufacturing activities, build high-performing teams, and deliver consistent quality and on-time results while continuously improving processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Plan and direct daily production activities, establishing priorities that balance quality, efficiency, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to set and maintain production and quality standards.
  • Analyze production, quality, and maintenance reports to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and refine operating procedures that eliminate bottlenecks, improve product quality, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Manage production schedules and quickly resolve equipment or operational disruptions to meet deadlines.
  • Partner with engineering on automation and equipment improvements to boost output and quality.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team - including hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Champion a safe work environment through regular safety audits, hazard investigations, and proactive corrective actions.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES:
ยง 2+ years of proven operations or manufacturing leadership experience (people management required).
ยง Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
ยง Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
ยง Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
ยง Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and working with MRP systems
ยง High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
ยง Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work flexible hours as needed.
ยง Ability to perform physical duties typical of a manufacturing environment
ยง Lean Manufacturing Environment a plus(standing, walking, lifting, etc.).
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
โ€ข Must be at least 18 years or older
โ€ข High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (highly valued but not required).
โ€ข Previous experience in a manufacturing operations environment
