Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a daily queue of 30 to 45 detailed, thoughtful customer email inquiries.

  • Conduct 5 to 10 live Zoom video calls per day once fully trained to walk business clients through their accounts.

  • Guide new users through onboarding checklists and provide clear, reassuring answers to complex questions.

  • Consistently meet team responsiveness targets by ensuring timely, high-quality customer communications.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Open to diverse backgrounds including retail, hospitality, office administration, customer care, libraries, healthcare front desks, or pre-sales support.

  • Excellent written communication skills, with grammar and reading comprehension to translate complex issues into clear, helpful, and empathetic responses.

  • Comfort with video communication and hosting live, camera-on calls with clients.

  • Time management skills and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

  • Reliable computer literacy, including quick typing skills and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.

Where You'll Need To Be

  • This position will support a west coast team meaning the schedule is based around PST.
  • Must live in or be able to support a 9am - 6pm PST schedule. (12pm - 9pm EST)
