Are you someone who takes pride in creating quality products, working with your hands, and being part of a team that keeps things moving? We're looking for motivated, dependable Production Associates to join our 2nd Shift team and play a critical role in manufacturing industry-leading products.

This is more than a production job. Whether you're experienced in assembly, machine operation, brazing, testing, fabrication, or production support, there's a place for you to make an impact.

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll work across various departments including:

  • Assembly
  • Brazing
  • Crating & Packaging
  • Expanding
  • Hairpin Production
  • Header Fabrication
  • Testing
  • Press Operations
  • Additional manufacturing areas as needed

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and technical documents.

Preferred Experience

  • Manufacturing machine operation (Press, CNC, Expander, or similar equipment)
  • Copper-to-copper brazing or related fabrication processes
  • Assembly and production line work
  • Blueprint and technical drawing interpretation
  • Quality inspection and testing processes
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer skills
  • Working in a dynamic manufacturing environment where teamwork and flexibility drive success

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $45760.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
