Summary:

The Production Operator is responsible for performing light assembly of electro-mechanical components in a controlled manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, steady hand coordination, and the ability to follow standardized work instructions to ensure product quality and consistency.


Essential Functions:

  • Perform light assembly of electro-mechanical products and subassemblies
  • Follow work instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Conduct basic soldering tasks (through-hole and/or small component work)
  • Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Report defects, material issues, or process concerns to supervision
  • Support production goals by meeting daily output and quality targets
  • Assist with basic packaging, labeling, and material handling as needed


Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant assembly experience, preferably in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment
  • Prior soldering experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow basic assembly drawings and instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
