Who doesn’t love doughnuts? TDP Bakery exists to bring fresh indulgent bakery products to places where people could normally never enjoy them. Fresh, never frozen, bakery is just better. Through our BakeFace™ brand private-label partnerships, we supply a broad portfolio of Honestly Fresh™ baked goods to retailers nationwide.  
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our overnight production team. This position will report into the General Manager and help the TDP team deliver the quality, safety, and efficiency our customers expect. If you're an energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys developing teams, solving problems, and driving results, we'd love to meet you. This is a full-time salaried position, eligible for TDP benefits, 401(k), and bonus program. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support daily bakery production operations
  • Ensure production, quality, safety, and labor goals are achieved
  • Coach, develop, and motivate production team members and leads
  • Manage staffing, workflow, and shift priorities to meet production schedules
  • Monitor product quality and compliance with GMP, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Identify and resolve production, staffing, quality, and equipment issues
  • Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Sanitation, and other departments to minimize downtime and improve performance
  • Maintain accurate production, labor, and operational records
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen safety performance
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
Preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, food production, or bakery operations
  • Previous lead, trainer, or supervisory experience
  • Experience with production reporting, labor tracking, inventory control, or downtime management
  • Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • Experience in high-volume food manufacturing environments
  • FSMA or PCQI certification
  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
  • Experience with ERP or production management systems
  • Exposure to FDA, USDA, SQF, AIB, or customer audit requirements
Schedule Expectations
  • Full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Shift begins at 1:00 AM
  • Availability for occasional extended shifts, weekends, and overtime as business needs require
