POSITION OVERVIEW

The Product Manager is responsible for defining product strategy, guiding product execution, and leading teams across a portfolio of data platforms, modernization initiatives, workflow solutions, and business applications. This role partners closely with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineers to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver solutions that create measurable business value. The successful candidate combines strong product leadership, technical fluency, stakeholder focus, and people leadership skills. This role will manage direct reports, including product owners and other product team members, while helping multiple product teams mature their practices, improve outcomes, and align investments with business objectives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Product Strategy and Leadership • Build an understanding of the product portfolio, customers, stakeholders, and business domains.
  • • Define, maintain, and communicate product vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmaps.
  • • Use customer feedback, product metrics, business objectives, and stakeholder input to drive investment and prioritization decisions.
  • • Balance short-term delivery commitments with long-term product strategy and modernization efforts.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
  • • Represent customer and business needs throughout product planning, prioritization, and delivery activities.
  • • Partner with product owners, customers, business stakeholders, architects, and engineers to validate product direction and solutions.
Product Execution
  • • Drive product discovery, requirements definition, backlog prioritization, release planning, and roadmap execution.
  • • Collaborate with product owners, architects, engineers, and business analysts to ensure successful delivery of business value.
  • • Communicate priorities, roadmap decisions, and product direction to technical and non-technical audiences.
Team Leadership and Development
  • • Lead, mentor, and develop product owners and other team members across multiple teams.
  • • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide feedback, support career growth, and foster continuous improvement.
  • • Promote strong product management practices, customer-centered thinking, and collaborative decision-making.
  • • Help teams establish effective planning, prioritization, communication, and delivery practices.
Innovation and AI Enablement
  • • Identify opportunities to improve products, workflows, and customer experiences through emerging technologies and modern platforms.
  • • Evaluate practical AI opportunities that create meaningful business and customer value.
  • • Partner with technical teams to incorporate AI capabilities where appropriate.
  • • Mentor teams on responsible, practical, and everyday uses of AI to improve effectiveness and productivity.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or related product leadership roles.
  • • Demonstrated success defining, delivering, and improving software products.
  • • Experience managing, mentoring, and developing product owners and/or other team members.
  • • Experience supporting or leading multiple teams simultaneously.
  • • Experience working with technical products, enterprise platforms, data solutions, or business applications.
  • • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and practices.
  • • Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, Miro, or similar product and delivery management tools.
  • • Experience collaborating closely with architects, software engineers, and technical teams.
  • • Ability to translate customer and business needs into product strategies, priorities, and actionable plans.
  • • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders.
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers, development teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Experience with modern data platforms, including Data Lake, Delta Lake, Lakehouse architecture, Databricks, or similar technologies.
  • • Experience with modernization initiatives, enterprise applications, workflow solutions, or large-scale business systems.
  • • Experience partnering with technical teams to evaluate emerging technologies and innovation opportunities.
  • • Experience developing product roadmaps for enterprise software products.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • FNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location.
  • Based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience, this position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $140,000.00 – $150,000.00 annually.
  • Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location.
  • The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
