TCM Bank is in Tampa, FL. This is a remote opportunity. If living outside of the area, travel expectations would be at least 4 times (overnight travel) per year. This position is responsible for defining and executing the bank’s product strategy, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience, and translating business needs into clear product priorities. As an individual contributor, the position will work cross-functionally with technology, operations, risk, and business teams to develop, launch, and continuously improve products and capabilities that support the bank’s strategic objective. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are successfully piloted, measured, and positioned for scale, while enabling teams to clearly articulate product value to clients.

1. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new product opportunities and enhancements based on customer insights, market trends, and business needs.
2. Develop actionable product strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with strategic partners and other ICBA subsidiaries.
3. Drive execution across the product lifestyle while contributing insights that inform product strategy and effectiveness.
4. Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring stakeholder and team alignment and high-quality execution.
5. Partner cross-functionally with technology, operations, risk, marketing, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
6. Develop comprehensive solution/product requirements, document use cases, and translate client and sales feedback into actionable product enhancements.
7. Evaluate and manage partnerships with both internal/external stakeholders and 3rd party vendors.
8. Present strategic recommendations and results to executive leadership.

• 13+ years of experience in product strategy or management

• Bachelor’s required

• Payments/credit card expertise
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and operate with increasing independence
• Executive communication skills including the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrate a proactive approach as a solutions provider

The actual compensation offered to the candidate will be finalized at the offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry-specific knowledge, education/certifications, etc.  The offer rate represents one component of TCM Bank's total compensation package.  Employees will also receive several benefits as listed below.  Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility in the TCM Bank Annual Bonus Plan.
