Associate Product Manager, Foot & Ankle

Description

The Advita Product Marketing Team exists to drive products to market and empower the sales organization to achieve company sales goals. The Associate Product Manager supports this by understanding our customers’ needs through direct interaction and market analysis, actively and accurately conveying those needs into product definition and development in collaboration with E&D, creating and communicating powerful product messages to our customers, and providing effective training on our products. They also help to manage profitability and cash flow for respective product lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the lifecycle management of implants and instruments, including new product development and existing product enhancements
  • Assist in product strategy execution, planning, and cross‑functional project coordination
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and strategy
  • Support sales forecasting, pricing strategy development, and international market planning
  • Partner with marketing to develop promotional materials and sales collateral
  • Provide product training and ongoing support to field sales teams
  • Communicate product updates and gather field feedback to inform business decisions
  • Support field sales initiatives, education programs, and sales leadership priorities
  • Coordinate logistics for product meetings, sales samples, and collateral inventory
  • Provide technical product support to agents, representatives, and surgeons
  • Assist with regulatory and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Contribute to marketing plan execution and overall product line success
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 2‑years of experience in related function
  • Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Good organizational & interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle multiple projects
    • Working knowledge of windows-based office productivity tools including word processor and spreadsheet
    • Ability to meet the medical requirements to gain entry into individual hospitals and hospital systems as needed to observe surgical procedures
    • Ability to travel 30% of job
