Product Setup Specialist 

Location: New Bedford, MA
Duration: 4-6 month assignment
Pay Rate: $30/hour
Start Date: Immediate opening available

What You’ll Do
  • Support the item setup process (PLC) within the ERP system for manufactured and finished goods
  • Ensure accuracy across product pricing, costing, work orders, and purchase orders
  • Troubleshoot issues and support stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly
  • Review and resolve daily audit reports, correcting setup errors
  • Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with maintaining and updating standard operating procedures
  • Help manage workflows across ERP and related systems to support timely product launches

What You Bring
  • Around 2 years of experience in product setup, ERP/MRP systems, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of ERP/MRP processes
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
