Job Description
Embrace the challenge of orchestrating change across Consumer Bank's product portfolio, partnering with leaders to drive business value and adoption. Drive portfolio change, align stakeholders, reduce change fatigue, and accelerate adoption across Consumer Bank. Be the central point of contact for the change agenda, advancing the future-state operating model.
As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager in Consumer Bank, you will mobilize product teams to deliver initiatives at scale, ensuring efficient operating models and process improvements through automation and AI. You'll establish frameworks to keep product, technology, design, data, and business stakeholders informed, reducing change fatigue and accelerating adoption. You will partner with the Change Management Executive (CMEX) function and lead Change Champions and Agents to prioritize, plan, execute, and monitor change across the portfolio.
Job responsibilities
  • Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives
  • Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices
  • Drives adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized
  • Implements a product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
  • Execute deployment of process improvement projects and maintain a partner communications framework to keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Coordinate across Product Portfolio Operations Lead, Change Champions, and Change Agents; identify and onboard roles, clarify responsibilities, and escalation paths.
  • Develop portfolio-specific communications, training, and rollout plans, tailor enablement to personas and ways of working.
  • Partner with Change Management Executive at initiative inception to define scope, objectives, target personas, success metrics, and Consumer Bank-specific constraints.
  • Translate enterprise intent into portfolio-ready plans and represent Consumer Bank in portfolio impact assessments (capacity, dependencies, risk, sequencing).
  • Recommend trade-offs and build integrated plans and critical paths (waves, readiness criteria, training, comms cadences) aligned to enterprise milestones and portfolio calendars.
  • Provide forecasting and capacity visibility to manage change load, reduce resistance, and grow readiness across Consumer Bank.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
  • Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives
  • Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
  • Organizational change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMTP) preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and implement change in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality executive communications, presentations, training, and reporting; strong attention to detail and design excellence.
  • Proven ability to establish frameworks and implement best practices in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Adaptable, self-directed, and collaborative across multiple teams and disciplines. Skilled in agile product development and stakeholder management.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Confluence, and Monday.com, Confluence, Jira.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience with Alteryx and Tableau.
