Job Description
About the role
We are looking for a Product Portfolio Manager to define and drive the long-term strategy of a diverse and growing portfolio of digital solutions for critical energy infrastructure.
This role is critical to shaping the future of the portfolio by establishing a clear, unified strategy and identity across products that have historically evolved independently. A key part of this mandate is to strengthen a platform-oriented approach, ensuring that common capabilities, architectures, and enablers are leveraged across products to drive scalability, consistency, and long-term value.
The focus is on creating coherence, strategic alignment, and sustainable impact at portfolio level, while ensuring that each product continues to deliver on its specific purpose and strengths. A strong customer-centric perspective underpins the role, ensuring that portfolio decisions are guided by customer needs, market relevance, and clear value propositions across the product landscape.

What you will do
โ€ข Define, own, and continuously evolve the overall product portfolio and platform strategy, ensuring alignment to a common strategic direction and value proposition.
โ€ข Create and articulate a unified product and platform identity and narrative, transitioning from multiple standalone product lines to a coherent portfolio approach.
โ€ข Translate long-term strategic vision into clear priorities and actionable guidance that enables consistent execution across products.
โ€ข Ensure strong alignment between individual product strategies, platform evolution, and the overarching portfolio strategy.
โ€ข Act as the strategic connector between product managers, business lines, technology teams, and other key stakeholders.
โ€ข Challenge and guide product teams to ensure roadmaps meaningfully contribute to the long-term portfolio vision.
โ€ข Monitor portfolio performance to identify gaps, overlaps, risks, and opportunities, proposing corrective or optimizing actions where needed.
โ€ข Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive the portfolio in the desired strategic direction, achieving impact through collaboration rather than formal authority.
Success in this role is demonstrated through a clearly articulated and widely adopted portfolio and platform strategy, where all products move coherently in the same strategic direction while preserving their individual value. Strong alignment between business strategy, product roadmaps, and customer and market needs results in increased clarity, focus, and a measurable long-term impact of the overall product portfolio
Responsibilities

โ€ข Multiple Medical and Dental benefit plans to choose from, Vision benefits
โ€ข Spending accounts - FSA, Dependent Care, Commuter Benefits, company-seeded HSA

โ€ข Company provided life insurance, short-term, and long-term disability benefits
โ€ข Education reimbursement program
โ€ข Flexible work schedule with hybrid opportunities
