โ€ข Experience in working with business teams for Large Healthcare Payers
โ€ข Experience in HIPAA compliant applications/ operational processes.
โ€ข Experience working with the CMS Enrollment Process for Medicare Advantage
โ€ข Experience working on SaaS B2B Products used by HealthCare Payers
โ€ข Deep knowledge about the Medicare LOB across all capabilities
โ€ข Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations.
โ€ข Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
โ€ข Ability to influence cross functional teams without direct authority.
โ€ข Strong analytical and risk-based decision-making skills.
Preferred Skill and Experience
Ability to elicit information from myriad ofSMEs (technical & business).
Ability to providethought leadership and influence to implement strategic methods.

Additional Required Qualifications
