You will serve as the voice of the business within Agile delivery teams, own a defined MarTech product domain, and collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and engineers. This role is critical in shaping backlog priorities, clarifying requirements, and ensuring alignment with Kestra's strategic and enterprise transformation goals.
What you'll Do:
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clarity of requirements and alignment to strategic goals.
  • Own and manage the product backlog for the MarTech platform, with a focus on Sitecore CMS capabilities, including:
    • Website component development
    • Personalization and experience optimization

    • Digital content management
  • Translate business objectives into high-quality epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and prioritized backlog items.
  • Partner with Marketing, Business, and Digital stakeholders to understand pain points, define business value, and drive prioritization decisions.
  • Participate in discovery sessions, journey mapping, and data analysis to validate requirements and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to ensure scalable, best-practice solutions.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews) and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring delivered functionality meets business expectations.
  • Monitor KPIs and adoption metrics to assess platform performance and inform continuous improvement.
  • Champion platform standards related to data quality, security, and integration patterns.
  • Partner with enablement teams to support training, release communications, and adoption initiatives.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive functional documentation for MarTech features, workflows, and integrations.
  • Analyze and document end-to-end business processes to ensure alignment between business needs and platform capabilities.

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or CMS-focused delivery roles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across technical teams and engaging senior leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems; experience with Sitecore (XM Cloud preferred) and familiarity with the .NET ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Demonstrated skill in translating business strategy into actionable user stories and functional requirements.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience defining KPIs, tracking performance, and measuring product outcomes and business value.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, release management, and scalable architecture principles.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise MarTech ecosystems, including integrations, marketing automation platforms, and customer data flows.
  • Experience within financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.

Benefits to support you:
  • Competitive pay and benefits with a large employer (over 1600 employees nationwide)
  • 401(k), health insurance, and a competitive benefits package
