Job description

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Product Manager to support the development, lifecycle management, and market execution of products across the US and Canada markets. This role is ideal for someone who has strong foundations in product management, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is looking to grow into a more strategic leadership role within a global product organization. You will work closely with senior product leaders, global R&D teams, sales, and marketing to help bring high-quality professional tools to market.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product & Market Execution:

  • Support the execution of product strategies for the North American market using market, customer, and competitor insights.
  • Assist in managing the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, optimization, and discontinuation.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
  • Help define product specifications, features, and value propositions aligned to customer pain points.

Product Development & Delivery:

  • Work closely with global R&D, design, and sourcing teams to support product development projects.
  • Contribute to product briefs, specifications, and development documentation.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and risks to support on-time delivery.
  • Participate in product testing, validation, and feedback loops.

Go-to-Market & Launch Support:

  • Support successful product launches by coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Assist with go-to-market planning including pricing, packaging, and promotional inputs.
  • Help prepare sales tools, product training materials, and launch communications.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and gather insights to inform improvements.

Commercial & Business Support:

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  1. 2+ years' experience in product management or a closely related role.
  2. Experience within tools, hardware, or durable consumer goods preferred.
  3. Exposure to managing products through at least part of the product lifecycle.
  4. Understanding of US and Canadian markets and distribution models.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and customer insights.
  6. Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
