Throughout the shift, you check progress against plan, update ERP data and simple Excel trackers, and address issues that could affect on-time delivery or quality. You'll spend time on the floor observing workflow, answering questions, and reinforcing safe practices and good housekeeping. Midday often includes quick check-ins to align materials and inventory accuracy, followed by brief huddles to keep communication clear. Before wrap-up, you document status, note constraints, and prepare updates for leadership so the next shift begins with an accurate, controlled plan.
