The role serves as the primary connection between business priorities, customer needs, and engineering execution while ensuring measurable outcomes are achieved.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required. Responsibilities: Own execution and delivery for one or more products or capability areas.

Partner with Product Managers on discovery, solution design, and prioritization activities. Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to business objectives and customer needs. Define user stories, features, acceptance criteria, and release requirements.

Lead delivery execution with engineering teams and manage scope, risks, and dependencies. Own product quality, testing readiness, release validation, and production support. Monitor adoption, customer feedback, and operational performance to identify enhancement opportunities.

Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve discovery, backlog management, testing, and communication. Contribute to test automation and validate that delivered work meets acceptance criteria. Basic Requirements: 4-7 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar disciplines.

Experience managing products throughout the lifecycle. Strong understanding of Agile product delivery frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Preferred Requirements: Financial services experience. Experience supporting advisor-facing platforms and workflows.
