The Product Manager will support the delivery and execution of a defined product roadmap by partnering with engineering, risk, and business stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
This role focuses on product discovery, roadmap management, and agile delivery to achieve agreed upon outcomes aligned with broader organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct customer and stakeholder discovery to gather requirements and inform product priorities.
Manage and maintain the product roadmap, including documentation, communication, and updates.
Provide direction and prioritization support to engineering teams to enable effective agile delivery.
Coordinate end to end delivery of roadmap initiatives, including identification and communication of risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure product strategy and deliverables align with enterprise and organizational objectives.
Apply industry and market knowledge to support customer interactions and roadmap decisions.
Support customer engagement efforts and ongoing product adoption.
Communicate product outcomes and customer successes to relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated experience in Product Management.
Technical background enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and informed customer discussions.
Experience measuring and reporting on product performance using data and metrics.
Experience working within modern software engineering environments and across the software development lifecycle.
