Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of customer and distributor product specifications, from initial request through onboarding and implementation
  • Maintain and optimize document control system across Smartsheet, NAV, MDM, and internal servers
  • Update and manage critical product documentation for active placements, including forecasting data, pricing adjustments, and specification sheet revisions
  • Compile details for submission of customer proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with suppliers
  • Contribute to supplier identification and product sourcing efforts, addressing portfolio gaps while ensuring alignment with customer budgetary requirements
  • Engage in direct supplier conversations and pursue product details and samples in support of sales opportunities, ensuring all deadlines are managed and met
  • Coordinate new and existing supplier documentation and representation agreements for both commission and buy/sell vendors

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, with existing knowledge of contract management
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with external partners
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the culinary industry is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Education & Experience:

  • College degree required. Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred
  • Experience of 1-2 years in accounting, finance, sourcing, or data entry
