Job description

Product Development Coordinator

Reports to VP of Product Development

Build products people actually carry — and see them hit the market fast.

At Case-Mate, your work doesn’t sit in a deck or die in a meeting.

It turns into real products — designed, developed, and launched at speed into major retail channels.

We don’t follow trends — we set them. And we’re looking for someone who wants to be in the middle of that process, not watching from the sidelines.

If you thrive on details, love bringing order to fast-moving projects, and want hands-on exposure to global product development — keep reading.

What You’ll Own

  • Act as the key connector between our U.S. design team and China-based development partners
  • Drive products from concept → sample → production → launch
  • Own timelines, approvals, and revisions to keep projects moving forward
  • Prepare and manage weekly production meetings — and keep them efficient and action-focused
  • Review samples and production files to ensure accuracy, quality, and spec compliance
  • Maintain product data, calendars, and tracking systems (Google Suite, NetSuite, Excel)
  • Support sourcing, costing, and compliance efforts
  • Partner cross-functionally with Design, Operations, and Marketing to hit launch targets
  • Identify risks early, solve problems fast, and prevent issues before they escalate
  • Continuously improve processes — faster, cleaner, smarter

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in product development, production, or a related field
  • Experience working with overseas vendors or factories (China experience is a strong plus)
  • Exceptional attention to detail — the kind that catches what others miss
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once
  • Clear, confident communication across teams and time zones
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience in apparel, cut & sew, or technical product development
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
  • Degree in Apparel, Textiles, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Why This Role Stands Out

This isn’t a “follow the checklist” job.

You’ll be in the middle of it — learning how products actually get made, working across teams and continents, and having real ownership early in your career.

If you want a role where:

  • Your work directly impacts what hits the market
  • You learn fast and grow faster
  • No two days look the same

......You’ll thrive here!
