The Senior Product Manager leads the strategy and execution for a complex product or product family, leveraging deep customer insights and market analysis to drive impactful business outcomes. This role requires defining product vision, managing roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. The position emphasizes data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and technology leadership while mentoring peers and influencing stakeholders. The Senior Product Manager ensures alignment with business objectives and fosters innovation through advanced analytics and emerging technologies to maximize product value and customer satisfaction.
About the team:
The team leads the execution of the Cloud Powered Checkout platform, supporting specialized checkout needs across multiple departments such as Health & Wellness, Auto Care, Garden Center, Cafe, and Cosmetics. They translate strategic goals into clear deliverables, managing tradeoffs to ensure consistent quality and delivery worldwide. Collaborating closely with engineering, merchandising, and operations, the team addresses unique integrations, compliance, and operational requirements at each checkout touchpoint. Their focus on stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision-making drives continuous improvement and innovation within a complex, multi-departmental environment.

  • Define and drive the vision and strategy for a complex product or product family, leveraging market insights and competitive assessments.
  • Build deep understanding of customer needs through design thinking, journey mapping, and data analysis to identify and prioritize problems.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, balancing technical architecture, rollout planning, and risk mitigation.
