Unframe

New York, NY • Remote

Job description

About Unframe

Unframe is an AI-first startup helping the world's largest enterprises bring LLM-powered applications to life in days - not months. We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market.

Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding, we're building a fast-growing, revenue-generating company working with Fortune 500 customers globally

About the role

As an AI Product Manager at Unframe, you'll sit at the intersection of AI, product, and customer impact. You'll work closely with enterprise customers and internal teams to turn ambitious ideas into real AI-powered solutions - fast.

This isn't a traditional PM role focused on roadmaps and endless meetings. You'll be deeply involved in shaping solutions, defining logic, collaborating with engineers and AI specialists, and driving products from concept to deployment. Every project is different, which means constant learning, real ownership, and the opportunity to solve meaningful problems for some of the world's largest companies.

If you're excited by fast execution, complex systems, and practical AI applications that actually reach production - you'll feel right at home here.

What you'll do
  • Partner directly with enterprise customers to deeply understand their workflows, challenges, and goals.
  • Translate complex customer needs into clear, structured AI solution plans using Unframe's platform.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered projects alongside engineers and AI specialists.
  • Write detailed product specs and define prompt/context structures that drive solution behavior.
  • Balance speed, scalability, stability, and customer impact when making product decisions.
  • Identify repeatable patterns and collaborate with the Platform team to improve and scale reusable capabilities.
  • Act as the voice of the user throughout the entire product lifecycle.
What we're looking for
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management or similar customer-facing technical roles.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical products.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail with strong ownership and execution skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities.
Why join us

At Unframe, you'll help build AI systems that are already delivering real value to global enterprises - not prototypes, demos, or side projects.

You'll work with exceptional teammates, collaborate directly with top-tier customers, and have real influence over both the solutions we ship and the evolution of our platform. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where product thinking, technical depth, and creativity come together.

If you enjoy solving hard problems, moving fast, and building practical AI products that actually make it to production - we'd love to meet you.
